Twenty years ago a single hypnotherapy session stopped me smoking — and what surprised me most wasn't just that it worked. It was the profound sense of calm it brought to my mind and my thinking. A stillness I hadn't felt in years. That experience changed everything.

It inspired me to train as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis — one of the most respected training schools in the UK. I've spent the past 20 years helping clients create lasting change, and later added EFT Master Practitioner training because the two methods work so beautifully together.
